BONES & BALANCE 1 HOUR – This exercise class will use chairs for seated exercises and balance. We will help slow down the rate of bone loss by increasing muscle mass and will improve flexibility and coordination.

BOOTCAMP  1 HOUR – Bootcamp mixes traditional calisthenics’ and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Don’t let the name scare you. Everyone can modify to make this work out as easy or as hard as you need.

CIRCUIT TRAINING 1 HOURFull body weight training circuit- beginner to intermediate using various workout equipment and mostly low impact

HIIT 45 MINUTES – High Intensity Interval Training involves a series of low-to-high intensity exercise workouts with brief rest periods. This workout is modified for all levels! 

IRON-CORE  1 HOUR – Check out this class for weight training using all sorts of workout equipment for an all over toning and a great focus on core work.

LOW IMPACT STRENGTH 1 HOUR – A beginner to intermediate total body strength training workout using a variety of gym equipment.

MAX OUT 1 HOUR This class will push you out of your comfort zone and into your peak target heart rate. Be ready to sweat and work! Strength and conditioning that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. Be ready for anything! Pull-ups, handstands and more!

SPIN 45 MINUTES – Spinning (indoor cycling) will get you the best cardio workout! One of our energetic and experienced instructors takes you through real cycling scenarios of uphill climbs, sprints, flat roads and more! Enjoy music themed to each new endeavor. All experience levels welcome! Along with cardio, you will also get a resistance training workout.

STRONG & FIT  1 HOUR Combination of strength training, core and cardio using dumbbells, body weight exercises and other equipment such as stability balls and BOSU. This class can be modified for all fitness levels and is a whole lot of fun!

STRAIGHT OUT STRENGTH  1 HOUR Total body strength training workout using a variety of gym equipment.

STRETCH & RESTORE  1 HOUR – This one-hour class focuses on flexibility, balance and relaxation. We use a variety of props, such as; yoga mats, blocks, blankets, belts and chairs for stability. We take time to breath and lengthen our muscles and spine through gentle thoughtful stretching. This class is for everyone and is highly complementary to our daily lives and exercise routines.

POWER HOUR  1 HOUR- This class mixes strength training and cardio. We usually involve a HIIT workout one day and focus on heavier weights and strength the next workout. It is great for beginners and people with a long standing passion for fitness.
